Tanya Steers 
Business Development Manager

Tanya graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2019 with a Graduate Diploma of Education in Early Childhood Education as well as graduating from Curtin University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Life Sciences (Molecular Genetics) and has a passion for Science and Technology.  

Previously working for several years in the sports not-for-profit arena, Tanya now heads up an Early Childhood School with a focus on inclusivity and play based learning.

With a natural skill for finance and business development, Tanya manages the business side of our team and looks forward to growing the range of services offered by Inclusive Therapy Services.



Sarah Turner

Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.  Member of SPA

Sarah graduated from Curtin University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science (Human Communication Science). 

Since graduating, she has worked in not-for-profit and private practices, both as a Speech Pathologist and Behaviour Support Clinician, to support people across a range of ages, from children to young adults. 


Sarah has predominantly worked within the disability sector and supported individuals with a range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.  Whilst Sarah has worked with individuals with a range of speech and language needs, she has had particular experience in supporting individuals with complex communication needs, developing skills with assistive and alternative communication systems, speech clarity concerns, early language development and social communication difficulties, as well as developing positive behaviour support strategies.

Over her career Sarah has developed a strong interest and focus for inclusion, advocacy for individuals, and supporting people to self advocate.

Sarah prides herself on her friendly and approachable nature, and blends her vast knowledge and experience with these skills to bring out the best in her clients.
